beach painting 11.5 inch brass Porthole Maritime Round Window Boat Nautical

Description

11 and 1/2 inch diameter brass porthole for a boat.
I don't know if it is an antique or not. I make no claims that it is. I simply do not know. :)
I have left it in the condition it was in when I acquired it. LOOK carefully at the pictures, they are an important part of the description.
The brass needs cleaned by someone who knows how to do it.
The painting needs a little cleaning too by someone who knows how to do it.
Or, a person could just leave it as it is.
The painting is by an artist named Eileen Moore, and I think the address says 337 N Fletcher, Fernandino Beach Florida.
