Condition is used and proven fresh water aquarium safe per White Citrus and my own experience.  Teardrop base needs to be buried well in gravel or sand for stability.  I propped it up in a corner as shown in photos, and on two colors gravel to show versatility (and how much my betta loved it!)  Selling to change up my decor.
