    Description

When my father was the Tour Rep for Cleveland Golf, he would typically travel Sunday through Wednesday. Depending on the schedule, he’d be out for a few weeks and then home. While on the West Coast, he’d stay with Roger and work at the factory on clubs for tour players. However, when he was home, he’d do the same thing. So, Cleveland would send him raw components and he could grind, buff, and assemble at home and take product with him.
Recently I came across a box of “raw heads” these would make an excellent project for someone who wants to take a raw product and finish it to their likings. Some will have surface rust, which will grind off. They are not finished products. They will not have the paint fill of a finished club. These heads are in their primal state, and it will be up to YOU to make them whole. After the head is complete, you will need to shaft them and grip them for use.
Cleveland Classics 691 Short “U groove” Wedge 58° & 60° wedge head (only) set.
These wedge heads come as a set and are still in their raw stages. As you can see in the pictures, the 60° has had some initial grinding done but for the most part, they have been untouched. Finish these to your liking, paint them to your liking and enjoy! To be clear, these are in a “raw” state and will need grinding, buffing, painting.
