. The printing and colors are vivid. The Congress Club had locker club where patrons brought their liquor to the club and it was held in a locker. When the customer stopped by the club the bar tender would serve you your drink and charge a small service fee. The Congress Club also had gambling machines. It was run by
Richard ?Dick? Grave in the early 1930s until Idaho outlawed slot machines in 1954. Richard Graves went on to open the Carson City Nugget Hotel Casino in 1954 and Dick Graves' Nugget in Sparks Nevada 1955. The bottom of the match cover it states Pull Quick Pat No 1694864 Pat Pending The Diamond Match Co. New York (1935).
