This pin commemorates the fiftieth anniversary of the classic Disney film One Hundred and One Dalmatians, abbreviated on this pin as 101 Dalmatians. The characters featured are Pongo and Perdita, who look at each other in the same manner as on the original movie poster, while Cruella de Vil is seen menacingly smiling behind them. Rolly, the adorable overweight puppy, is sitting and looking over his shoulder at us on the pin-on-pin portion. The obvious error of this pin is that Cruella's hair color is the reverse of what it should be: the left half is white and the right half is black, but her hair in the film and all other media is black on the left and white on the right. A less noticeable but still critical error is that her ring is on the wrong hand... her left (our right) instead of her right. It appears as though a mirror image of Cruella was used as a reference in the creation of this pin.
