    reight carriers will call you 1-2 days prior to delivery in order to schedule a delivery date and estimated time window. Remember, the additional time dedicated toward shipping and handling, ensures the proper care, handling, and delivery of all merchandise ordered.
    IMPORTANT DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE:
    IT IS IMPORTANT FOR THE CUSTOMER TO FULLY INSPECT THE SHIPMENT PRIOR TO ACCEPTING AND SIGNING FOR THE ORDER.
    Please fully inspect the shipment, unpack and perform a FULL inspection.
    If for any reason the customer informs us of damage to their order after delivery and the legal shipping delivery document (proof of deliver) was signed free and clear, the customer will be responsible for returning the merchandise back to us at their own expense, or we the seller can coordinate the pickup for a pickup fee, the pickup fee will depend on the pickup address.
    Should the merchandise get damaged once the customer returns the merchandise back to us due to “no longer needing the item/s, no longer wanted or accidental order" customer will be responsible to file a full damaged claim with the carrier they used, and must seek full reimbursement from the carrier.
    Should the customer request to change the delivery address after we shipped the order, the customer must provide us with a copy of an ID and a utility bill, and there will also be a re-consignment fee. The fee will be determined on the distance between the first original address the customer provided us and the new address. The change of address is NOT guaranteed. If the customer refuses to provide the above and pay for the re-consignment fee, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee we paid to have the order shipped and the return shipping charges.
    IF the customer schedules the delivery with the shipping carrier and is not home/present at the delivery address for accepting the order, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery fee (re-scheduling fee). If the customer declines to pay the re-delivery fee(re-scheduling fee) they will be responsible for the cancellation of this order which will be shipping fee's round trip, to the customer which we the seller paid and back to us.
    INSTALLATION & REMOVAL SERVICES:
    Installation and removal services are NOT included in any order, they are offered as an add on, HOWEVER, they are not available in every state. If you are considered as a remote delivery location, ONLY the delivery will be made.
    IMPORTANT DELIVERY NOTICE:
    Please Note - In certain instances, freight carriers are not capable of performing delivery, and instead, the customer would be expected to pick the item up from a local hub. These locations are rare rural, island locations. In other few situations freight delivery can only be delivered curbside, this is due to long, or obstructed driveways where a delivery truck cannot safely navigate. (ONLY applies to deliveries performed in the following states: ID, NE, VT, ME, MT, ND, SD, MN, IA, AL, NM, VT, KS, WY, NV, WA, OR, AR, LA, KY, NH, UT.) In the above instances there may be need to cancel orders, for rural or distant locations please contact us prior to order to avoid cancellation.
    In the states that are not listed above, in some cases curbside delivery will be performed as well due to some zip codes being considered remote.
    AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY NOTIFICATION:
    Additional fees will be applied if doors of your appliance or doors of your home will need to be removed. Please measure your door on where the appliance will be brought in to ensure the appliance/s will fit. If you require for the door/s to be removed, please reply to this email to add the services.
    IF you refuse an order due to not fitting into your home,
    the customer will be fully responsible for the shipping fee's round trip, including any storage fee's that we may incur from the shipping carrier.
    IT IS the customers responsibility besides measuring where you plan on putting the merchandise purchased from us to measure your door way to ensure the merchandise will fit through every door intended to go through.
    THE CUSTOMER WILL BE FULLY responsible for storage fee's if the shipper is unable to reach them to coordinate and schedule the delivery, this will include any return shipping charges and original shipping fee's we the seller incurred to ship the order to you.
