Great cosmetic shape
Has some cosmetic blemishes from before we purchased, notably on the rear left bottom and especially top corners (all are pictured). Also has some smaller scratches along the upper sides. None of this affects operations nor is visible when the unit is installed since it's on the rear and sides.
We
loved it so much that we kept it in storage hoping to use it again, but we're selling because it doesn't make sense to keep storing it away for yet another year.
Tested and like-new
To prepare for selling, installed a brand-new OEM LG pump and the internals have been completely cleaned of lint (see question below for more). Then, the unit was successfully tested twice, 1X wash/dry (already clean clothes) and then 1X tub clean cycle. Finally, it was wrapped in shipping materials in preparation for this sale.
Questions and notes
I received a question about why this has a new pump. It's unfortunately a known issue with these that lint accumulates and the pumps die early, I think the two issues are related. LG claims it doesn't need lint cleaning beyond a small front panel, but it absolutely does. I understand it might sound concerning, but I'm sharing this to make the point that you shouldn't worry here like you should with other preowned combo units. This also doesn't mean you should avoid combo washer/dryers altogether, they're amazing and I'll get another one, it just you can't ignore them so plan on cleaning-out the lint as regular maintenance every 9-12 months.
You might have noticed this item being re-listed a few times. I've been away on several long trips and so I ended the listing during these times, I have also needed to relist due to nonpayment from winning buyers.
