Like new! By far my favorite laundry ever! Imagine setting your machine to wash and dry before you leave home and when you come back, your load is washed and dry, hands free, b/c after the wash, the same machine is a ventless dryer, and can seamlessly continue to the dry cycle. Better yet, the machine needs no special hookup. It uses a standard wall plug.  You can even hook up the water to a kitchen or bathroom faucet and drain in a sink or tub.  It can be perfect for an apartment that does not offer a laundry hookup.  But the quality and size is as good, if not better, than a standard machine.  I have had many different machines in various apartments, including commercial laundry, and this was the best, most powerful wash I've ever had.
This machine has only been used for perhaps two months or so. It is practically brand new. It even still has on it's protective film to prevent the knob from getting scratched. Unfortunately, we moved shortly after we purchased it and have had a laundry ever since.  We kept the machine in storage b/c it was so new and we loved it so much.  However, after several years in storage, we have decided we can't keep paying storage to save it for the future. We have brought it out of storage for 3 days only in order to sell (until Jul 15).
It was purchased from Sears with a 5 yr. warranty, but I'm assuming that is moot after Sears went out of business in the pandemic.
For the few times it was used it was used with only fragrance-free detergent.  Also our household is a smoke-free, pet-free, fragrance-free, allergen-sensitive household.
