Lowbrow Customs Horseshoe Oil Tank for Lowbrow Customs 1982-03 Harley Sportster
This Horseshoe Oil Tank is designed to perfectly complement our Lowbrow Customs 1982-2003 Harley-Davidson Sportster weld-on hardtail. All of the oil line fittings are 1/8" NPT, and the tank also includes a filler cap and easy to weld tab mounting kit. Made in Cleveland, Ohio, USA. The mounting kit features rubber grommets in each mounting tab which isolate the oil tank when mounted. This is a bullet-proof setup that will keep the oil tank secure and crack-free, no matter how hard you ride. Installation is very simple: bolt the mounting tabs to the oil tank with the included hardware. Hold the tank up to the frame, getting it level, and tack weld each steel tab in a few places making sure they are secure. Unbolt oil tank, remove rubber grommets and finish weld. Bolt the oil tank back in place. Done!
