This item has no apparent blemishes, except as noted below:
The washer has a dent on the left side of the door and the bottom right corner as well as a a scratch on the door.  The dryer has a dent on the right side near the back of the unit.  These are simply cosmetic blemishes that do not affect the functionality of the units.  This set can be installed side by side as pictured or stacked (with mounting kit sold separately) for a more narrow area such as a closet.

Once the product has arrived in your area, the Carriers will contact you on the phone number you provided to schedule delivery.
If a customer is not available to receive a scheduled delivery, the customer must reschedule the delivery and will be responsible for any Carrier's re-delivery fee.
If the item cannot be delivered and is stored in a secure storage facility, the customer will be responsible for paying the daily storage fee.
