This listing is for a solid, TaylorMade SIM Max 15* 3 wood/fairway head only. The head is ready to go, just waiting to be paired with your shaft with a .335 tip. It had the hot melt port and the grooves go all the way across the face, both of which are indicative of being tour issue. I do not have the exact specs, but it weighs 220 grams on my postal scale.
The head has wear from a couple seasons' worth of use. The face looks fair with heavy wear in the form of lots of nicks, scuffs, scrape marks
