The background in the 6th photo shows the thunderstorm approaching from the southwest yesterday, so I was rushing to get this unrolled. I unrolled and unrolled and unrolled--100 feet. Then, since it rounded a corner and went out of sight, I just had to video it. You would have enjoyed the recovery effort because, better than a clown-car sighting...The vinyl covering has a cloth-ey skeleton, er, like rebar in concrete.
The circumference of the tube when snapped together would be closer to 5" than to 6. So, let's do the math:
We know that the circumference of the circle formed when snapped is approximately 5 inches.
When I went to do this calculation, as in "how many power cords of "X" gauge will fit inside this 'tube', I realized how significant is the drop-off of mathematical ability given that I have drunk myself to sleep for almost half of my life. Sadly, I can't do the math which once would have been easy for me. There is a lesson in this for someone...
Just "damn."
