Tag is cut. Appears to have been a smaller champion tag, likely the red,white, and blue 90s tag but I am not 100% sure. Champion C on sleeve. Ideal brand zipper.

Overall good pre-owned condition. Some light discolorations and light signs of wear possible, none are notable.
