Collectible Mickey Mouse Club Auctions by Saturday's Toys presents...
a unique lot of TWO facsimile items from the Walt Disney Studio / Walt Disney Archives.
    Includes:
Mickey Mouse Club "Special Talent Award" as issued to participants in the Talent Roundup on the television program; 7" x 9.5"; tri-folded
Walt Disney's personal notes that set the direction for the program's development; including a "club house" and teaching children lessons based on ethical teachings such as the "parable of the talent" from the Bible (Matthew 25; and Luke 19).  4.75" x 7.75"; tri-folded.  Features an exceptional example of Walt Disney's personal handwriting.
Two iconic collectibles; newly recreated for the Walt Disney Company.  Both items would later feature the original Mouseketeers, including Annette Funicello and adult leaders Jimmie Dodd and Roy Williams.
These authorized reproductions were created in 2003 exclusively for Disney and are unlikely to reproduced again any time soon.  To own the originals of these archival documents would cost hundreds of dollars; but they are available at a fraction of the price through these facsimile artifacts.  All items marked "Facsimile Disney."
All items suitable for framing; an affordable means of collecting the historic treasures of the Walt Disney Studio.

    Saturday’s Toys and Collectibles
was founded in 1994 by Southern California author and media historian, Dave Mason. Soon after eBay's launch the following year, Saturday's Toys was among the first online specialists to strategize in embracing this rapidly developing technology. Having delivered over 15,000 coveted treasures since that time, Saturday's Toys is pleased to partner with researchers and collectors throughout the globe.
Today, online offerings of archival keepsakes are presented in celebration of the times that allow for family, friends and neighbors to join in memorable gatherings that nurture the strong connections that bind a community together. These treasures are affectionately represented by "Saturday's Toys." In that light we present our adopted motto (with a nod to the Sherman Brothers):
"Oh, let's go fly a kite!"
